2D to 3D and Back

I was about to put the most recent illustration I finished, but then realized there's some older ones I haven't put up on this site yet. I figured I should probably do some of those first.

The remaining pages of a project are now all penciled with a handful already at differnt points in the inking stage. Once all the pages are inked, I'll be a slave on my computer for the coloring stage (good thing I found some new music to listen to not to mention new albums coming out from Utada Hikaru, Mucc, and Hitomi Yaida soon). In between those I'll still be sneaking in some illustrations with the more simple color/ink method like 2007's Christmas card. That style is enjoyably quick.

On top of this, Bunny Day (aka Easter) is creeping up much faster than I thought. Last year I made some small figurines and want to do it again for '08. Samples of some of the bunnies have been uploaded the gallery. I'll have to switch gears from 2d to 3d for that. Images of this year's will probably be better than last now that I have a camera with the power (and lens) needed for something that is about 2 inches in height.

But hope you like the newly uploaded images/photos. ^^;
